Delivery Times
|
Most orders received before 2.00pm EST Mon-Fri will be dispatched same day and after 2.00pm EST, next business day following your order.
If there is a delay for any reason, we will notify you asap via email.
We say to allow up to 5 to 7 business days for delivery within Australia. However most of our customers find that their order arrives in much less time, usually 2 to 3 business days.

Returns Policy
|
Refunds or exchanges are only given on faulty or damaged goods.
To arrange for the return of any item, please contact us on 1300 857 727, to arrange a RA (Return Authorisation) Number.
No claims will be recognised unless made within 10 days of purchase.
All returned goods must be sent with a copy of the Heritage Downs Invoice as proof of purchase and a copy of return postage costs, as once the returned item is received and inspected by Heritage Downs and deemed to be faulty or damaged, we shall reimburse this cost to the customer.
A replacement product will be sent at the expense of Heritage Downs or a refund given, according to the customer’s instructions.
